Store Policies:

All merchandise must be picked up or delivered within 14 days of notification of its availability.

If you are having difficulty with this, please contact us so that we may make alternate arrangements. If we do not hear from you within 30 days we may release the merchandise.

Errors in pricing and arithmetic are subject to correction

Due to many factors beyond our control we cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries

Any special order merchandise is subject to a 4 – 12 week order time

Payments:

  • Furniture Options Ltd. accepts: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Personal Checks, Bank Checks, Travelers Checks, Cash, or Money Orders. We also offer financing which is a revolving charge account similar to a MasterCard or Visa.

Order Cancellations:

  • You may receive a full refund on all non-special order merchandise if you cancel the sale within 30 days of the date of order. After 30 days, 30% of your deposit is nonrefundable. All special orders are subject to a 30% nonrefundable deposit. Special orders are defined as any product that is ordered. If you charge your purchase, we will credit your credit card. All cash and check payments will be refunded via check. (All check purchases will be subject to a 14 day waiting period due to bank delays.)

Returns:

  • Not all items are eligible to return. A refund or merchandise reselection is available if product is returned in its original condition with a sales receipt within 3 days of delivery or pickup. This excludes all mattresses, all special orders, and all clearance or floor models.
  • Service Fee’s are nonrefundable, this includes but is not limited to delivery and set-up fees.

Clearance & Floor Models:

  • Clearance merchandise includes floor models, scratch and dent goods, previously owned goods, goods with some irregularity or cosmetic defect, and discontinued goods. All sales of this merchandise are final. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for clearance merchandise.

  • All order times are estimates and they may vary. Please be patient as we are constantly working behind the scenes to expedite the shipment of your product. Our goal is always your satisfaction.
